Is internet fraud(scamming) the cause of peace in Cameroon?

Internet fraud (scamming) is a Crime Committed by alot of Cameroonians Especially Those of the working population. Alot of Cameroonians Spend hours or days selling fake goods on the internet try try trying to Make Some money and we all know the unemployment rate in Cameroon is quite high and alarming. Getting into and Enam --other government schools in Cameroon is 70% for the poor and not so MOST of our brothers and sisters-even resort to scamming. Sometimes am Tempted to say internet fraud HAS Greatly Improved the economy of Cameroon. The top Officials in Cameroon embezzle government funds, the very tired and old president is never around, the unemployment rate in Cameroon is alarming, top offices are mostly occupied by the French goal yet the country is as peaceful as a sleeping baby. Can we blame the Unnecessary peace on the fact That our youths are satisfied with the money They Are Making from cyber theft ?????
